As we launch our newest operation serving Sacramento International Airport (SMF), we are looking for professional Drivers and Lead Drivers who are committed to safety, customer service, and teamwork.

DRIVER POSITION

Pay: $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport airline crew members to and from airports, hotels, and training facilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every trip
• Assist crew members with luggage when needed
• Conduct vehicle inspections and complete required documentation
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with company safety standards and DOT requirements
• Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Mobile Device Policy

Personal cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, and similar electronic devices are strictly prohibited while operating company vehicles.

Drivers must remain fully focused on the road at all times. Violations of this policy may result in immediate corrective action, up to and including termination.

 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Applicants under 25 must have professional driving experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Clean background check
• Clean driving record
• No moving violations within the past 3 years
• No at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Airport transportation experience
• Shuttle driving experience
• Hospitality experience
• Leadership experience (Lead Driver candidates)
