Position Summary
The Director Prosites Brand Marketing will lead ProSites’ brand marketing strategy across the following SaaS based verticals: CPASS, Dental, Legal and Veterinary. You will lead the brand architecture, positioning, and narrative strategy for our portfolio of four distinct SaaS divisions. Operating in a high-volume, transactional environment, your mission is to build highly efficient brand equity that lowers customer acquisition costs (CAC), accelerates organic inbound velocity, and establishes absolute trust with small business owners.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role requiring a balance of creative storytelling and multi-vertical management. You will manage four distinct vertical buyer personas. Rather than managing a single brand in a silo, you will masterfully govern our multi-brand architecture—ensuring each division speaks natively to its specific market while maximizing the efficiency, scalability, and cross-sell potential of our overarching corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
· Multi-Brand Portfolio Governance:
o Own and evolve the brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identities for all four SaaS divisions
o Ensure distinct vertical relevance without duplicating operational overhead.
o Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and complimentary messaging between corporate identity and product identity.
· High-Volume Inbound Acceleration
o Partner with Growth Marketing to build brand-led, multi-channel campaigns that drive top-of-funnel traffic, support automated self-serve or low-touch funnels, and compress sales cycles
· Creative & Content Leadership & Production
o Partner with the internal agency resources that produce content and creative across core GTM needs (campaign creative, product/solution content, thought leadership, sales enablement assets, web and landing page creative).
o Establish and maintain standardized branding guidelines and corporate presentation templates, playbooks, and quality standards (brand, messaging consistency, accessibility, and production QA).
o Manage workflow tools, such as Monday/com, for key initiatives and marketing processes and production cadence (editorial calendar, sprint planning, status reporting, and retrospectives).
o Ensure cross-functional alignment with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on objectives, audiences, offers, and timelines.
o Manage and work with Creative Director-Brand to drive all brand identities
Performance-Driven Brand Metrics
· Tie brand initiatives directly to commercial outcomes by tracking share of voice, organic traffic growth, branded search volume, and brand-driven Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Conference and Tradeshows
- Lead Conference and Tradeshow strategy and execution across all verticals.
- Conference Manager will report to Brand Director and will managing all execution of events
- Develop Conference playbook for all verticals
- Work with creative director to drive all brand identities at conferences
Market Research & Analytics
- Monitor industry trends, client behavior, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities in partnership with CEO, Divisional Business Unit Leaders, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and Product Management.
- Develop client journey mapping across all verticals
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product, sales, and leadership teams.
Digital Marketing and Reputation Management
- Lead omnichannel efforts for LinkedIn, media, and events, and partnerships.
- Oversee online review sites to ensure sufficient positive review volumes and cadence and timely and relevant responses to company reviews (Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, Reddit, etc.)
- Partner with ProSites corporate website team to ensure Brand alignment on all sites
Product Support
- Collaborate with all vertical business leaders to drive custom education and communication products.
- Partner with Product Management and vertical specific subject-matter experts to position solutions effectively.
Budgeting & Performance Management
- Build and manage the annual Brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
- Ensure performance tracking systems and analytics tools are in place to measure results.
- Oversee short- and long-term brand marketing planning

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of Brand Marketing leadership experience
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, digital media, veterinary/healthcare, or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success leading corporate marketing teams and developing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in Community Based Professional markets
- Experience in healthcare technology industries.
- MBA or advanced marketing/communications certification
