Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical staff accountant to support our finance department. This a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The staff accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  

Required education

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required


Preferred Education and Experience

· 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry or related field.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SL, Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.

· Familiarity with construction accounting principles and software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint) is a plus.
