Landscape Maintenance Field Manager
Full-Time | Holly Springs, GA – West Branch | Metro Atlanta
Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta.
We're looking for a motivated leader to run crews out of our Holly Springs, West Branch.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and oversee landscape maintenance crews on-site
- Inspect properties to keep them neat, safe, and on schedule
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Drive the company vehicle and maintain it properly
- Report daily to Operations Managers on property performance
- Submit timesheets, inspection reports, and daily debriefs
Requirements
What You Need
- Landscape experience required — this is a must for the role
- 4+ years of grounds maintenance experience
- Experience leading at least 2 people directly
- Skilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edging
- Comfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)
- Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run
- Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs
