Colton RV & Marine is looking for an ambitious early-career marketer who wants to learn every aspect of modern marketing. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing website content and inventory listings, supporting SEO and AI-driven content creation, assisting with events and RV shows, and helping execute marketing operations across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone with a marketing or communications degree, strong writing skills, a natural comfort with technology, and a desire to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Website & Inventory Management
- Review new inventory listings and verify information before publishing to the website
- Upload, organize, and maintain web content
- Monitor website accuracy and support a positive user experience
Content Marketing:
- Utilize technology and AI to create blog content with assistance for internal team members
- Support ongoing SEO initiatives and website optimization across all websites
Event Marketing:
- Assist with marketing initiatives at shows and dealership events.
- Support event setup, signage, promotional materials, and logistics, and engage with customers during events
Marketing Operations:
- Run daily store reports, cards, and broadcast to all of our locations to improve corporate communication
- Assist in online profiles like Google My Business
- View and analyze Google Analytics reports
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 0-3 years of marketing, communication, or digital marketing
- Willingness to travel for events, shows, and dealership activities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other content-generation platforms
- Experience creating or managing a website, blog, social media account, or personal digital project preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
