Position Summary

 Bk Corrosion LLC is a supplier of materials to the corrosion control, pipeline and industrial service industries.  We are seeking an individual for a full time position in our Midland, TX facility.  

Duties and Qualifications

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties will include phone, computer entry, customer assistance, office maintenance, shipping/receiving, warehouse duties and light assembly.  Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate forklift. 
• Coordinate information between operations, sales and service.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in administrative support or customer service role.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using a variety of different technologies including multiple phone systems, online tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
• High school diploma required.
• Independently seeks out information and training needed to perform responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

Education and/or Experience

• HS Diploma.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

No certifications are required however having a forklift certification is a plus
