Plant Support Specialist

What You'll Do

As a Plant Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. Every day brings something different as you support plant operations through equipment operation, maintenance activities, and hands-on labor tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently, including:

• Skid Loaders
• Mini-Excavators
• Backhoes
• Telehandlers
• Water Trucks

Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) tasksLoad, unload, lift, and move materials as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulationsAssist with additional operational duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile equipment preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys active, physical work.You'll be expected to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach overhead
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Perform physical labor, including shoveling and moving materials
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, dust, and wind
