Essential Functions
- Monitor the presentation and portioning of food according to standards.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines.
- Set up, restock, maintain, and clean food preparation areas.
- Display knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling.
- Prepare food in accordance with working menus, recipe cards, and photos.
- Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete including cross-training.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time position, 30 hours or more each week
Flex schedules and Holidays as needed.
Shift Times: PM Cook 3pm - 10pm
Starting Wage is $19.00

Required Education and Experience:
Read and understand English.
- Minimum 1 year cooking experience, preferably high volume.
- Serv-safe certified preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment with emphasis on broiler, flattop, sauté and fryer.
- General knife skills to include butchering meats and fish.
- Sense of time management, organization and cleanliness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
