Description

FlintCreek Cattle Co. is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individual to join our bar team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of steps of service and table maintenance. Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.


Bartenders participate in a daily FOH tip pool, as well as tip sharing, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. Tip pool policy exists per day for the entire FOH bar and wait staff team. The FOH team tips out the kitchen and support staffed based on our tip sharing policy.


Wage Range and Benefits

  • Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $20.13/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy).
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.

Requirements
  • Work evenings and weekends

  • Experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant
