Oneida Professional Services is seeking a Facilities and Logistics Coordinator to support the Defense Information School (DINFOS) Technology & Logistics Support Services contract at Fort Meade, Maryland. This position is responsible for coordinating facility maintenance activities, logistics support operations, equipment accountability, inventory management, and resource scheduling to ensure efficient execution of DINFOS mission requirements.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between maintenance personnel, logistics staff, government stakeholders, and project teams to coordinate work schedules, equipment availability, facility support activities, safety compliance efforts, and inventory management functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility maintenance schedules, work orders, and support activities to ensure timely completion of projects and operational requirements.
- Schedule and track maintenance activities, resource availability, equipment utilization, and project timelines.
- Coordinate facility support requirements and ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available to support scheduled work.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and adjust priorities as operational requirements change.
- Support logistics operations, supply management activities, and equipment accountability programs.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with warehouse and storage area management.
- Track equipment authorizations, requests, transfers, turn-ins, and inventory accountability activities.
- Assist with property book operations and equipment management processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements, HAZMAT procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) documentation, and applicable workplace safety standards.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, schedules, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Utilize automated systems and software applications to manage scheduling, logistics, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with personnel across multiple departments to resolve scheduling conflicts, equipment shortages, and operational issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting facilities management, maintenance coordination, logistics operations, supply management, or related operational functions.
- Knowledge of maintenance scheduling, resource planning, and work coordination processes.
- Knowledge of workplace safety requirements, HAZMAT procedures, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and related safety documentation.
- Experience supporting inventory management, warehousing, equipment accountability, or supply operations.
- Familiarity with property management, property book operations, or equipment tracking processes.
- Proficiency using computer systems and software applications to manage schedules, reports, inventories, and operational records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze operational requirements and coordinate resources to support mission objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, military, federal government, educational, or training organizations.
- Experience with facilities management software, maintenance management systems, or logistics management applications.
- Experience supporting equipment lifecycle management, property accountability, or inventory control programs.
- Knowledge of government logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience supporting safety compliance programs and facility operations.
- Certification in logistics, facilities management, inventory management, or project coordination is desirable.
- Familiarity with audiovisual, information technology, or training equipment environments.
