Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI)

PDI is seeking a compassionate and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment.

Schedule: Evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-the-job training and support
• Teach job duties, workplace expectations, and independent living skills
• Assist individuals in developing independence and confidence
• Provide transportation as needed
• Document services and communicate with supervisors
• Advocate for individuals in workplace settings

• Valid TN, KY, or AL driver's license
• Reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
