•  Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
