Sigvaris is currently looking for a National Sales Training Manager to join our Sales Team in the United States.  As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products.  We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best.  The National Sales Training Manager creates tools and develops training material/modules for the SIGVARIS GROUP sales organization to be able to effectively sell SIGVARIS products in multiple customer channels.


This position is remote with travel requirements of 25 to 50% domestically.


This position can be based anywhere in the Eastern region in the U.S.  You must live near a major airport.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     • Creates, develops, and implements training modules for the field sales team and customer accounts.  Modules include new hire training, product training, etc.

     • Develops and implements annual sales training plan using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relative, and Time-Bound) format.

     • Collaborates internally with field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service to gain competitive insights, market trends, and new product innovation/launches to assist in the content development for training modules.

     • Develops content and conducts interactive training for national accounts and regional key accounts.

     • Produces quality content to increase SIGVARIS brand awareness that is in line with corporate guidelines.

     • Collaborates with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs/gaps to help to improve sales force effectiveness.

     • Provides product demonstrations to help influence purchasing decisions by decision-makers in the accounts.

     • Takes an active role in the planning, content development, and execution for National and Regional Sales Meetings.

     • Attends and assists with regional/national tradeshows, conferences, and meetings when applicable.

     • Develops and leads Virtual and Instructor-led training (VILT/ILT) in multiple digital platforms.

     • Ability to create, use video editing software (apps), and stream live training modules when applicable.

     • Must be able to effectively promote SIGVARIS corporate values and company culture internally and externally.

     • Demonstrates effective communication skills.

          o Able to communicate with all levels and departments within SIGVARIS.

          o Responds to all oral and written communications in a timely manner.

          o Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers.

          o Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer.

     • Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State, and local laws.

     • Follows all work instructions and creates/maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.

     • Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:

     • Bachelor’s Degree required.

     • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer.

     • Preferred candidates will have training experience with medical compression therapy (and products) and thorough knowledge of venous disease and the lymphedema and lipedema markets, but not required.


CRITICAL SKILLS:

     • Ability to create and execute annual sales training plans and develop training programs.

     • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
