Junior Clinical Recruiting Intern- $20/hour | 6–8 Week Internship

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Clinical Recruiting Intern to support our Clinical Recruiting team with pipeline development, candidate outreach, engagement strategies, and recruiting operations.

This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to clinical recruiting, candidate sourcing, pipeline analytics, CRM management, outreach campaigns, and business development initiatives. Working closely with experienced recruiters and business leaders, you will play an active role in helping build and engage talent pipelines while supporting high-impact hiring initiatives across the organization.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated junior clinical recruiting Intern to 

support our Clinical Recruiting team with pipeline optimization, outreach, and engagement efforts. 

This role is designed for individuals interested in recruiting operations, business development, and 

pipeline analytics, with business, marketing or communications experience serving as a 

complementary skill set.


This internship provides hands-on experience supporting candidate sourcing, outreach, pipeline 

tracking, and recruiting strategy, while also contributing to marketing and brand awareness 

initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and 

processes, and is eager to support high-impact recruiting efforts.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with an interest in outreach, 

relationship-building, and sales-oriented activities such as lead generation, pipeline management, 

and candidate engagement.


This 6–8-week internship offers exposure to clinical recruiting operations, outreach strategy, 

pipeline development, analytics, and content coordination while working closely with clinical 

recruiting and business leaders.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Development & Candidate Tracking

• Build, organize, and maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned to recruiting priorities

• Accurately track candidate activity, status, and engagement within CRM systems (e.g., 

Salesforce)

• Ensure all pipeline data is clean, complete, and consistently updated

• Manage candidate lists, outreach queues, and priority roles with a high level of organization


Outreach Execution & Candidate Engagement

• Execute high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Canva and other 

communication tools

• Develop cadence to ensure consistent candidate engagement and response tracking

• Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates


Marketing Tools, Campaign Development & Template Creation

• Utilize marketing and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Canva, email 

platforms) to support the development and execution of targeted recruiting campaigns

• Assist in building and launching email and outreach campaigns aligned to hiring priorities and 

pipeline needs

• Develop, organize, and maintain standardized outreach templates (email, LinkedIn messaging, 

campaign workflows) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability

• Create and refine messaging frameworks to enhance candidate engagement and response 

rates

• Support the ongoing optimization of campaign content, structure, and targeting based on 

performance data

• Contribute to building reusable campaign assets and playbooks for future recruiting initiatives 

and events


Recruiting Operations & Coordination

• Support recruiters with sourcing, pipeline organization, and candidate coordination

• Assist in preparing outreach campaigns aligned with hiring priorities

• Contribute to workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives

• Help ensure recruiting processes are executed efficiently and consistently


RECRUITING & OUTREACH EXPOSURE

• Gain hands-on experience supporting clinical recruiting pipeline development and candidate 

engagement strategies.

• Assist with sourcing efforts, including identifying and organizing potential candidate leads.

• Support outreach initiatives such as email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up 

communications with prospective candidates.

• Help track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate data entry and organization within 

CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Participate in recruiting strategy discussions, including market targeting, messaging, and 

campaign alignment.

• Assist with event outreach for conferences, networking events, and resident/fellow engagement 

initiatives.

• Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to support ongoing hiring priorities and pipeline 

optimization efforts.

• Gain exposure to sales and business development concepts, including relationship building, lead 

nurturing, and conversion strategies.


Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, 

Communications, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Recent graduates seeking experience in recruiting, business operations, sales, or pipeline/data 

analytics are also encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated experience through internships, coursework, campus involvement, or prior roles in 

recruiting, sales, marketing, communications, or business operations is preferred but not 

required.

• Experience with organization, data tracking, or managing lists/pipelines (e.g., CRM systems, 

spreadsheets, or project tracking tools) is strongly preferred.

• Previous internship, academic, volunteer, campus organization, or project experience in 

marketing, communications, social media, public relations, or related fields is preferred but not 

required.

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar 

platforms are preferred.

• Exposure to outreach, customer engagement, or sales-related activities (e.g., lead generation, 

follow-up communication, event outreach, or campaign support) is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
