Description

Find your place at The Partners Group, a purpose-driven company committed to making a difference in our community through our work and inspiring others to do the same!

TPG’s success is driven by a culture that values partnerships. We’re looking for people who invest in their relationships, seek to learn, create winning solutions for all, and do what they say they are going to do. “Hard work” goes without saying at TPG, supported by our culture that thrives on having fun while living well. This is what it means to be a partner for our clients and teammates.

Are you ready to join an amazing team that has won too many Employer of Choice awards to list? Let’s work together!

The Partners Group has a standout opportunity for an early-career, detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Operations team in our Seattle Metro office (Renton, WA) as a Sales Coordinator!

How you will have an impact at TPG

TPG’s IGNITE Program is designed to start your insurance career off right. You will receive in-house training, a behind-the-scenes look at each of our business units, time with senior leadership, mentoring, and more!

You will receive hands-on training by learning how to support TPG’s sales operations, which can also prepare you for a career path in Sales or Client Service. Rather than throwing you in without a life preserver, we give you “swimming lessons” so you can develop the business acumen and expertise needed to be able to build your career with us.

In this role, you’ll gain direct experience supporting a high-performing sales organization while building a strong foundation in business development and sales operations. By organizing prospect research, maintaining accurate CRM data, and preparing polished materials for producer meetings, you’ll help create the structure and consistency that drives new business growth. Your work will directly support producers in focusing on relationship-building and client strategy, while ensuring the behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly and effectively.

This role is well suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoys being the person others rely on to stay organized and on track. If you’re naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to build a career in professional services or sales operations, you’ll find meaningful growth here.

  • Build and maintain target company and contact lists within Salesforce
