Compensation Structure

We offer multiple compensation packages designed for different earning styles: PAID TRAINING

• Start with $17/hour + bonuses
• After training, choose your compensation plan, including a High Compensation Package with increased commission potential
• Uncapped commissions – no earning limits
• Top performers earn $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Sell luxury resort stays and vacation memberships
• Handle inbound sales calls and convert high-value clients
• Maximize revenue through upselling and closing techniques

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales closers
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Driven, competitive, and money-motivated
