Maintenance Technician

Sunflower Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Port Aransas, Texas. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of our beautiful resort, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair the resort’s common areas, amenities, pools, grounds, and facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues proactively

- Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and resort policies

- Collaborate with team members to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
