We’re currently seeking an experienced Correspondent Account Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with correspondent mortgage lenders, offering both Delegated and Non-Delegated delivery options.

Position Summary:

As a Correspondent Account Executive at Newfi Lending, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our correspondent channel in alignment with a VP, Correspondent Account Executive. You will leverage your industry knowledge, communication skills, and business development expertise to build lasting partnerships, provide top-notch service, and deliver tailored solutions that meet your clients’ needs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders.
• Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology.
• Drive funded loan production.
• Act as a trusted advisor for your clients.
• Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely loan purchases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage or related industry sales.
• Proven success in account management or business development roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service.

Education:

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
