Compensation:

Base Salary: $29,000 annually

Commission + Incentives: Performance-based

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$100,000+ annually for top performers


About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to customers, and wants clear earning potential tied directly to performance.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, educate customers on our services, and convert opportunities into booked appointments and sales.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

3-5 years sales experience

Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with customers   

Motivated by performance-based compensation
