CLX Engineering is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support and help drive execution across complex automation projects for airports, logistics hubs, and specialized theme park environments. Our work operates in live facilities where coordination, accountability, and speed matter.
This role is designed for someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and eager to grow into full project leadership. You’ll work alongside senior project leaders while taking ownership of defined project responsibilities and helping teams stay aligned and moving forward.

What You’ll Support & Own
- Project Coordination & Support
- Support Project Managers in daily project execution and coordination
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders through meetings, calls, and written updates
- Track project activities, action items, and deliverables
- Help ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and field teams
Schedules, Budgets & Tracking
- Assist in building and maintaining project schedules and timelines
- Track budgets, materials, and project milestones
- Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays early
- Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and reporting
Planning & Documentation
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource needs
- Coordinate meetings and support planning sessions across teams
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates
- Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and performance results
Communication & Relationship Building
- Help maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners
- Build professional relationships and credibility with stakeholders
- Ensure project updates are accurate, organized, and actionable

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Exposure to project management principles or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
- Willingness to learn technical project environments (automation, engineering, or manufacturing)
- Ability to travel approximately 20%–25% based on project needs
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or related field
- Experience supporting engineering, automation, manufacturing, or technical projects
- Experience working in fast-paced operational environments
