Cook II – Union Position with Local 450


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook II to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times

- Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow all health and safety regulations and proper food handling procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook II or similar culinary role

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Relevant culinary certifications or training preferred
