Requirements
What You'll Do
- Lead daily Body Shop operations
- Manage estimating, scheduling, workflow, and production
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, gross profit, cycle times, and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery
What We're Looking For
- Previous Body Shop Management experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair operations
- Experience with estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Track record of improving operational performance and profitability
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Preferred Experience
- Automotive dealership collision center experience
- DRP and insurance claims management
- Knowledge of OEM repair standards
- Familiarity with ADAS calibrations, aluminum repair, and emerging collision technologies
