Position Description

As the Redemption Manager at Incredible Food & Fun, you will oversee Redemption Operations within the Game Room. You will manage redemption employees and inventory, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience when redeeming their virtual tickets for prizes.

Reporting to the Game Room Manager and General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to maintaining a fun, clean, and engaging environment for both employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities & Perks:

• Leadership experience in the amusement or retail service industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging department
• Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Game Room Manager
• Provide friendly, fun, and courteous interactions with guests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Paid Time Off (PTO): The number of PTO hours earned is calculated by the total number of hours the employee worked the previous 52 weeks (1 year). After 2 years of employment it is then divided by 26.

This is an hourly position with weekends and evenings required.
