JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position: Epic Willow/Beacon Application Analyst
Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Schedule: M–F 8am-4:30 PM CST (On Call- Rotation)
Location: Flexible – onsite if in Oklahoma, hybrid, or remote depending on location
Pay Rate: $125,000 salary min pay rate
Remote option is available unless you reside in one of these Restricted States: Alaska California Colorado Connecticut Washington, DC Hawaii Massachusetts Nevada New York Oregon Vermont Washington
Overview: This role is focused on the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Willow/Beacon, supporting oncology workflows and improving clinical documentation and patient care delivery. You’ll work closely with clinicians, IT, and operational teams to enhance system performance and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in application design, validation, and advanced design sessions within assigned area.
- Design/implement future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze needs then translate these into system design.
- Design, build, and validate the application to conform to desired workflows.
- Participate in Epic testing as developed and directed by the team; document test results.
- Support end-users onsite during go-live events, provide on-call support to end-users on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain system documentation to enable ongoing support of the system.
- Review/test new builds and releases prior to implementation in the production environment.
- Identify potential system enhancement need.
- Special Job Dimensions: Ability to travel as required for Epic training.
- Ability to travel to remote work sites as needed.
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD
- Epic Beacon, Epic Willow Certification
- 2-3+ years relevant Epic Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows (oncology preferred)
- Experience with build, optimization, and support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time.
WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.
