Primary Responsibilities for our Human Resources Director:
- Recruiting and on-boarding to meet staffing needs
- Employee & manager training & development
- Performance management
- Policy development and enforcement
- Compensation & benefit administration
- Employee relations
- Regulatory compliance
- Payroll processing & HRIS system administration
- Employee and company communications
General duties for our Human Resources Director:
- Provide recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services
- Seek and continuously develop knowledge of company
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Develop personal skills and capabilities through on-going training
- Requires 5-10% travel to other sites
- Periodic evenings and weekend work are expected
- Achieve business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
- Identify problems and provide alternative courses of action
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Human Resources Director:
- Conforms with the core values of BPS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience at a professional level. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates with the PRH/SPHR/GHR certification
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability through company insurer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
- Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
- Must represent the company in a positive manner at all times
- Must be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens & license checks
Working Conditions:
- Primarily in an office environment.
