Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day pick up and deliveries via box truck between company sites as well as handling assembly projects in between runs.


Essential Functions:

· Must drive company box truck and or other vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, based on company provided schedule

· Must pick up boxes of metal parts, load and unload into truck or other vehicle.

· Ensure parts are handled with care and cleanliness is maintained during all transfers

· Maintain defense driving protocols

· Keep the vehicle clean and fueled

· Ensure the periodic schedule vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.

· Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary

· Assemble metal parts using hands and basic tools in a timely manner

· Must have excellent visual attention to detail

· Maintain accurate counts of items assembled

· Must be able to learn our in-house work order control system

· Perform other assignments as assigned


Requirements

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

· Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

· Must be competent driving a box truck

· Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must be comfortable using a tablet-based system

· Must have Basic Math Skills (measuring, use of calculator)

· Must have the ability to comprehend basic engineering concepts and units of measure (pressure, length, flow rate, etc.)

· Must be fluent in English for reading, writing and verbal communications

· Must have Basic Computer Skills including MS Word and Excel

· Must have good customer-service skills

· Must be to lift up to 50 pounds


Physical Demands:

  • Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • When performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, and walk.
  • Employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • When performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger or handle or feel objects and tools or controls, must be able to see, talk and hear
  • Employee is occasionally required to sit
  • Specific vision abilities require close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Noise level is usually moderate
