Licensed Practical Nurse [All Fulltime Shifts Available]

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Margaret E. Moul Home where we specialize in resident care dedicated to supporting individuals with neuromuscular conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
• Monitor residents’ health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate residents and their families about health management and condition-specific needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA

Prior experience in a long-term care, residential, or neuromuscular care setting preferred

Knowledge of neuromuscular conditions and related care requirements preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
