Guest Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Day shift and some mid shifts may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using reservation and management software
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
