We are seeking a motivated individual who can independently lead activities, encourage participation, and support the overall well-being of our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Activity Director in planning and conducting daily activities with minimal supervision

- Independently run and facilitate various activities, ensuring they are engaging and inclusive

- Encourage residents to participate in daily activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation

- Assist with organizing outings such as lunch trips and scenic rides

- Monitor residents during activities to ensure safety and enjoyment

- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that fosters resident engagement


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in activity planning or a related field preferred

- Ability to independently manage and run activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to motivate and encourage residents to participate

- Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision

- Physical ability to assist with outings and activities as needed
