The Mimosa House in El Dorado Hills is looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with guests, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Greet and serve guests with a warm, welcoming attitude. 
• Guide guests through our menu and make recommendations on food, coffee, cocktails, and our signature mimosas. 
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system. 
• Deliver prompt, attentive service throughout the dining experience. 
• Maintain a clean, organized section while supporting your teammates. 
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company standards. 
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. 

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required. 
• Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred). 
• Excellent communication and guest service skills. 
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods. 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance. 
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed. 

Availability Requirements

• Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. 
• Holiday availability is required, including major holidays and holiday weekends. 
• Morning and afternoon availability is preferred.
