Wagner is looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder & Fabricator to join our fabrication team. If you enjoy custom work, blueprint reading, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this is an opportunity to put your craftsmanship to work.
You'll fabricate custom handrails, balconies, stair systems, and architectural metal products—not repetitive production parts. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to showcase your welding and fabrication skills every day.
What You'll Do
As part of our fabrication team, you'll:
- Fabricate custom steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products
- Perform TIG and MIG welding based on project specifications
- Read blueprints and fit up weldments with precision
- Cut, prep, tack, and assemble components
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver finished products on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of TIG and/or MIG welding experience
- Experience fabricating stainless steel, aluminum, or structural steel
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong measuring, layout, and fit-up skills
- Experience using hand tools, overhead cranes, and fabrication equipment
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
