Reports to: Director of Secondary Marketing
Summary:
The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of analytical projects across several departments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multi production channels
- Coordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursements
- Analyze various pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with various program requirements
- Monitor warehouse lines to ensure adequate capacity for company funding needs
- Report on various production benchmarks and SLAs
- Ad hoc reporting as needed by senior management
- Other assigned duties as requested
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate rapidly with competing priorities by phone and in writing
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid decision-making skills with ability to display professionalism towards both internal and external clients
- Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Mortgage experience required
