What You'll Be Doing

As our Internal Service Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for customers who need support, answers, parts, or solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Technical Service teams to ensure every customer experience is outstanding!


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinating and Scheduling technical support and service activities
  • Identifying creative solutions to customer challenges
  • Building strong relationships through outstanding service
  • Operating a forklift to retrieve and organize inventory
  • Maintaining accurate records in company systems
  • Working with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service, service coordination, inside sales, or technical support experience
  • Experience with ERP (Infor preferred), and  business software systems (word, excel, etc)
  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move inventory items
