What you can offer us: 

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair returned units. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and document RMA status accurately. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Solid communication skills, able to relay findings and status clearly to requestors, TSRs, and cross functional teams. 
  • Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously, including Salesforce and the RMA tracking board. 
  • A proactive mindset for resolving discrepancies and responding to issues before end of shift. 
  • Commitment to following ISO9001 standards and ESD safety protocols in a lab environment. 
Requirements

What you need to succeed: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electronics repair a plus. 
  • Experience conducting evaluations, calibrations, or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for documenting findings and generating quotes. 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical findings to determine necessary parts and repairs. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and certificates. 
  • Knowledge of ESD garment requirements and lab safety standards, or willingness to learn and comply. 
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on due dates and rush status. 
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
