Natureplex is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving & Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and receiving operations in our FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, inventoried, and available to support production while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily receiving activities and verify the accuracy of incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through routine inventory transactions and reconciliation.
- Perform and manage cycle counts while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and issued.
- Coordinate material movements to support production and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or inventory concerns.
- Support physical inventories and inventory audits.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, company procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of inventory control, receiving, warehouse, or related experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately manage inventory records and inventory transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- FDA, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Forklift certification.
