Position Summary
Mindray is seeking a Solution Architect to support our North American sales organization by designing and presenting technical solutions that meet the complex interoperability and workflow needs of healthcare organizations. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will partner with Sales, Clinical, and Corporate Account teams to develop customized IT and connectivity solutions, engage with hospital IT stakeholders and executive leadership, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.

What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, IDN, and Corporate Account teams to design customer-specific interoperability and workflow solutions.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Create solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans that support proposed customer solutions.
- Collaborate with hospital IT departments and executive stakeholders to understand technical requirements and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Demonstrate Mindray connectivity and interoperability solutions while educating customers on product capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Assist sales teams with technical strategy, solution positioning, and responses to RFPs.
- Deliver technical training and education to internal sales teams to strengthen overall IT solution knowledge.
- Provide product and customer feedback to Marketing and Engineering to support future product development and enhancements.
- Represent Mindray at national and regional conferences, tradeshows, and customer events.
- Travel extensively to support customer meetings, presentations, and field activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare IT, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT, interoperability, or enterprise networking solutions.
- 5+ years of experience within the healthcare or medical device industry preferred.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies, interface engines, networking, and healthcare IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the role technology plays within healthcare environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical customer solutions.
- Experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Travel
- Frequent travel throughout North America (approximately 50–80%) by air and automobile.
- Ability to transport and set up demonstration equipment and present to customer groups for extended periods.
