Every person deserves access to care—and you can be the one who makes that access real. Canyonlands Healthcare is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to lead the way as we connect uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid-eligible community members to the coverage they need.

This is more than a coordinator role. You'll build and lead a team, shape outreach strategy across two states, and help guide our response to new Medicaid community engagement requirements. What You'll Do

• Build, schedule, lead, and supervise a team of Outreach & Enrollment Specialists and Certified Application Counselors
• Design and launch outreach strategies that grow enrollment and keep community members covered
• Guide the health center's response to Medicaid community engagement requirements
• Drive marketing efforts, outreach campaigns, and community partnerships that bring enrollment services to the people who need them
• Set monthly enrollment goals, track team performance, and celebrate the wins along the way
• Train, support, and develop your team so every interaction reflects our standard of care
• Turn outreach and enrollment data into insight—measuring what's working and where we can grow
• Partner with internal departments and community organizations to extend our reach and deepen our impact
• Stay current on Medicaid policy and coverage options so our messaging is always accurate and trustworthy

What You'll Bring

• A track record in outreach, community engagement, or enrollment services, ideally in healthcare or social services
• Confident leadership and team-management skills
• Warm, clear communication that connects with people from all walks of life
• A strategic mind that can turn a plan into measurable results
• Working knowledge of Medicaid, health insurance options, and the enrollment process
• Comfort with data tracking and reporting tools
• The flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a real plus and highly desirable.
