Lake Area Discovery Center (LADC) is seeking a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. This year-round position works with children 16–32 months old in a nurturing, faith-based early childhood program.

Position Details

• 30 hours per week (Full-Time Equivalent)
• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Year-round position
• Experience welcome, but training is provided

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience
• 64 hours of Paid Time Off (prorated based on FTE)
• Eight paid holidays

About Lake Area Discovery Center

Lake Area Discovery Center at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church serves children 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten in the Minneapolis community. Through our partnership with Trinity Falls Lutheran Church, we provide exceptional early childhood education while nurturing children's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth.
