Exciting opportunity to join a top tier personal injury law firm and combine strategic planning with hands-on execution!

 
What you'll do:


· As the Head of Marketing, you will have ownership of the firm's marketing strategy, creative execution, advertising investments, brand development, market presence, social media, and community engagement

· Develop and execute the firm's annual marketing strategy 

· Lead creative design initiatives including digital, print, outdoor advertising, video, collateral, and brand assets

· Own the firm's creative direction and ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and brand standards 

· Oversee planning, negotiation, placement, and performance of media buys including television, radio, billboards, sponsorships, and community marketing initiatives

· Manage agency relationships, media vendors, production partners, designers, videographers, and consultants

· Oversee website content, social media strategy, digital presence, and reputation management

· Own the marketing budgets, advertising expenditures, and return on investment across marketing initiatives

· Analyze campaign performance, brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness

· Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, recurring reporting processes, vendor scorecards and provide regular marketing performance updates to executive leadership

· Support community engagement, sponsorships, events, public relations, and referral development initiatives


 Compensation 

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $220,000k

Requirements

What you'll bring:


· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

· Three (3) or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience

· Experience managing creative design, advertising campaigns, and media buying

· Strong understanding of television, radio, billboard, digital, and community-based advertising

· Experience overseeing creative development from concept through execution

· Strong project management, vendor management, and organizational skills

· Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

· Experience analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven decisions

· Experience within legal services, professional services, healthcare, or other service-based industries preferred

Salary Description
$150,000 - $220,000
