Description
This position plays a vital role within the company of keeping the building in a clean and orderly condition.
Essential Job Functions:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean break rooms including table surfaces, kitchen area and refrigerators
- Handle recycling materials
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies, as directed
- Support all company and safety policies
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be stable and reliable required
- Must be able to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions required
- Must have sufficient strength and manual dexterity to operate light cleaning equipment (vacuum) required
- Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach required
