Senior Project Manager
Experience: 10+ years Project Management experience
Reports To: Business Unit Manager / Division Leadership
Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership over large-scale and strategically important communications projects. This role influences division financial performance, mentors project staff, and supports long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the division’s most complex and high-risk projects
- Provide strategic input on project execution, staffing, and financial planning
- Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, and change management
- Mentor and develop Project Managers at all levels
- Support business development efforts and client relationship management
- Drive best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiency
- Partner with leadership to achieve divisional performance goals

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
