Position Summary
The Commercial Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Mosaic Commercial Sales Team. This role works closely with our sales team, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure quotes, orders, and projects are handled accurately and efficiently.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Support the Mosaic Commercial Sales Team throughout the sales process.
- Prepare customer quotes, pricing information, and product documentation.
- Monitor open quotes and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
- Assist customers by phone and email with product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Coordinate communication between the Mosaic Sales Team, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Research product specifications, lead times, and installation requirements.
- Assist with project documentation, bid requests, submittals, and related paperwork.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate customer appointments when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and project information within company systems.
- Assist with customer follow-up and help identify opportunities to support business development.
- Proactively resolve issues and communicate updates to help keep projects moving forward.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, project coordination, or office administration.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in commercial construction, building materials, flooring, tile, or distribution is preferred but not required.
