Technical know-how and support on Portable Air Test Stand for fuel nozzles. Quotations and Bid development for fuel nozzles. Parts & Details Manufacturing. Approving Technical Work Methods, Routers and Drawing packages. Monitor work efficiency. Job prioritization. Technical & Financial Planning. On the job technical training of new employees. Technical support on Flow test benches. Maintaining calibration of benches, tools and measurement devices. Quality Management and improvement. Engineering Development of new parts. Domestic US travel required 25% of the time.
Minimum education required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum experience required: Two (2) years of experience in Gas Turbine Fuel Nozzle Repairs and Manufacturing or related experience.
Skills Required: Must have experience with: Fuel Nozzle Repairs & Servicing - Dry Low NOx Combustors: DLN1.0, DLN1+, DLN2.0, DLN2.6. Fuel Nozzles Parts Manufacturing. Flow Calibration of Fuel Nozzles & Flow Adjustment. Customer Management. Fuel Nozzle Inspection & Repairs Technical Reports. Defining Fuel Nozzle Service Scope as per type of fuel nozzle. Fuel Nozzle Servicing - Standard Combustion. Technical Training of technicians. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
