About the Role

At Hill Bros, people are at the center of everything we do — and the HR Generalist is at the center of our people experience. This role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources to support employees across their full journey with the company, from day one through their last day. If you're someone who thrives on variety, cares deeply about doing things right, and loves building relationships along the way, this might be your next great fit.

  • HRIS Management — Serve as the go-to expert for all things HRIS; troubleshoot system issues, maintain vendor relationships, and build and monitor employee surveys
  • Benefits & Leave Administration — Own benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, COBRA, and vendor billing audits; administer all leave types including FMLA, medical, personal, and military leave in accordance with HIPAA and ADA requirements
  • Employee Relations & Compliance — Support management with behavioral issues and complaints, conduct investigations with objectivity, monitor employment law updates, and gather documentation for legal claims as needed
  • Culture & Engagement — Champion Hill Bros' values in every interaction; lead the Fun Team, plan employee events, coordinate recognition programs, and drive engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture
