About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Pricing Analyst to help build and scale our pricing capabilities. This role will play a key part in developing structured pricing processes, improving margin performance, and supporting data-driven pricing decisions across the organization.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Procurement, and leadership to evaluate pricing strategies, respond to cost changes, and build the tools and reporting needed to support long-term growth and profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze pricing, cost, and margin data to identify risks and opportunities
- Support development of pricing models, tools, and governance frameworks
- Evaluate supplier cost increases and recommend pricing actions
- Build dashboards and reporting to track pricing performance
- Partner with Sales on customer pricing, contracts, and bids
- Identify and correct inconsistent or unprofitable pricing structures
- Support pricing updates and improvements in ERP systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally on profitability and margin analysis
- Help define and improve pricing processes and decision frameworks

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred
