Salina Auto Auction is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee our office operations and manage the complete title process for vehicles sold through our auction.

You'll be a key member of our team, working directly with customers, dealers, lenders, and internal staff to ensure every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email
- Manage the complete vehicle title process from start to finish, including:
- Collecting payments
- Working with flooring companies and financial institutions
- Processing, correcting, and transferring vehicle titles
- Tracking outstanding titles and ensuring timely follow-up
- Preparing bank deposits
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and reports
- Assist with Friday auction operations, including clerking on the auction block
- Support lot operations when needed, including checking in vehicles, moving vehicles, and occasional vehicle pickup or delivery
