The Sales Manager will support and service the needs of end-users, designers and distributors and their sales teams. This includes building and maintaining a strong working relationship that provides excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process from receipt of inquiry to post sale customer satisfaction. This support will include providing product information and education to new and existing customers while identifying emerging sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will ensure accurate and timely completion of the sales cycle including responsive communications with customers and production staff.
BA or 5-years customer service & project management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent administrative skills including accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
