Consultant - Project Manager
Description

Lead executive compensation consulting projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment. Manage client communications, project timelines, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Apply advanced technical knowledge to incentive plan design, financial modeling, and cost analysis. Interpret and apply governance, accounting, tax, and SEC disclosure requirements to client programs. Conduct complex financial performance analyses to support metric selection and goal setting. Develop intellectual capital, thought leadership, and best practices for executive compensation consulting. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and boards of directors. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related social science fields, plus 4 years of experience in similar position involving executive compensation consulting, including conducting comprehensive compensation, financial, and performance analysis using SEC filings, proprietary databases, and other sources; evaluating market trends and executive pay practices to develop strategic recommendations aligned with client business goals; providing consultative support on executive compensation programs; preparing presentations and providing support during presentations to board members and top executives.

Salary Description
$129,230 - $190,000 / year
