What You'll Do
As a member of our Accounting Department, you'll play an important role in supporting the firm's financial operations. Responsibilities include:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily accounting procedures while ensuring compliance with firm policies and internal controls.
- Review, sort, scan, file, and maintain invoices, checks, and financial documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to attorneys and staff throughout the firm.
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed to support departmental and firm objectives.

Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions preferred.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing workloads.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
