Fair Acres Manor is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Marketing & Admissions to lead census development, referral management, and admissions for our Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care community.
This leadership position is responsible for building strong referral relationships, managing the admissions process from inquiry through admission, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that support occupancy goals while ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and families. This reflects common responsibilities for similar SNF/LTC leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to achieve and maintain census goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospices, and other referral partners.
- Manage the admissions process from referral through admission, including timely response to inquiries and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Verify payer sources, coordinate insurance authorizations, and ensure all admission documentation is complete and compliant.
- Conduct facility tours and educate prospective residents and families on available services.
- Collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, Social Services, Business Office, and Executive Leadership to facilitate seamless resident transitions.
- Monitor referral activity, admissions, denials, occupancy trends, and payer mix; prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Represent the facility at community events, healthcare networking opportunities, and professional organizations.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand referral sources.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility admission policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in SNF/LTC admissions, healthcare marketing, or census development.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance authorization processes.
- Experience working with hospital discharge planners and referral management systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic referral/admission platforms.
Wage Range: $24.51 to $34.94 / Application Deadline: 7/15/2026
